Thomas + Pulickan Arquitectos (TPA) is a multi-disciplinary Architectural & Engineering Consultancy, delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle – from Planning, Design & Engineering to Project and Construction Management.

Work process
Discovery
The beginning of our design process always involves getting to know our clients. We listen to how you have visualized and plan to use your project. We spend time on the site to understand how best to maximize views, natural light and ventilation, while creating a strong connection with the natural environment.
Design
We view our design process as a true collaboration between ourselves and our clients. All of our projects are unique, a product of the individuality of our clients, their families, and their friends. Our goal is to create an environment that fits our clients’ objectives and lifestyles.
Technology
From the earliest concepts through final designs, TPA tightly integrates 3D modeling into the architectural design process. Using exterior and interior 3D imaging facilitates the exchange of ideas and allows our clients to visualize the results of the design process.

Saji Thomas Pulickan
FOUNDER | PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT
With more than 20 years of experience, Thomas drives the design direction of the practice. His extensive skills and experience in providing strategic direction and managing the design process ensures a strong leadership for the studio. Known for his clear, concise vision, Thomas has crafted a variety of huge & complex projects varying from Residential, Commercial, Educational, Industrial and Hospitality to Healthcare & Mixed-Use Developments. As the Principal Architect of Thomas+Pulickan Arquitectos, Thomas stays personally involved in the planning and design of all his projects. He has conducted many feasibility studies and has been involved with nearly 60 completed projects. With a deep knowledge of the pre-development process, detailed building design and value engineering, he provides the most creative and practical solutions.
Together with his dynamic team of talented Designers, Architects and Project Managers, Thomas takes each client on a highly personalized journey, working closely with them throughout the design process to understand their brief and capture it through his vision by establishing a design language that is appropriate to them, the project, location, architecture and history.
